There is an outside deck in the summer. Laundry facilities are available. Lease terms are flexible. The bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned by us every week and the rest of the time cleaning materials are available for your use. A 10 minute walk to Young and Bloor, 15 minute walk to U of T and 10 minute walk to Ryerson. There is a bus stop just outside the front door a Subway station is a 1 minute walk.
